Pupils will learn to develop an understanding of robotics and simple programming techniques as they construct simple robots using the LEGO Mindstorm NXT kit.

Public Speaking:

Pupils will gain confidence to speak before an audience.  They will use speech frameworks to organize their thoughts and oral responses.  They will maintain composure, think on their feet, communicate in a clear, logical and structured manner.  Pupils will have opportunities to speak before an audience to gain confidence in public speaking.

Debating:

Pupils will develop critical and analytical thinking as they debate on important issues.  They will acquire the skills of defending their arguments, and rebutting opposing views.  They will also acquire the skills of persuasive writing and speaking, and overcome their fears to speak up and speaking their minds.

Advanced Ceramics:

Clay work using ceramics and glass pieces will be introduced during the Advance Ceramics Elective Programme

 Introduction to Life Science Laboratory, extracting scents from selected samples, blending of scent, concoction of new perfume, making soap and scented candle.
