Apply for MOE FAS if your household income meets the criteria. Singaporean students in need can get financial help for their studies.
Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS)
The MOE Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS) provides financial assistance to Singaporean students who need financial assistance for their studies. Students who are eligible for the MOE FAS should apply and those currently under this scheme would not be automatically considered unless a fresh application is submitted.
Income eligibility criteria for the above scheme will be as follows:

DigitalAccess@Home
The DigitalAccess@Home scheme provides subsidized broadband and laptops/tablets to lower income family. Applicants may apply for DigitalAccess@Home scheme online www.digitalaccess.gov.sg (opens in new tab).
They can also approach any of the 37 SG Digital community hubs and 4 self-help groups (CDAC, Eurasian Association, MENDAKI, SINDA) for assistance with applications.
